Quteworks has 2 Generative NFTs. EXPAT 8-BIT SUPPORT NFT and the EXPAT NFT are 2 different projects that share the exact same traits. The only real difference is the resolution of the two. The NFTS has vastly very different utilities, however. We will explain the differences and why they are built the way they are.
EXPAT 8-BIT SUPPORT
The Digitized 8BIT Rendition was created in order for collectors to familiarize themselves with the project. They could only be obtained through giveaways and through a recruitment program that we initiated at the beginning of the year. They were originally free. Due to the popularity of these NFTs, the EXPAT 8BIT SUPPORT NFTS (E8BS) now can only be acquired on the secondary market on OpenSea.

EXPAT 8-BIT SUPPORT / E8BS — Utilities
This particular collection was to aid the EXPAT collection. Just like video games, the basics of computer graphics are in the most basic of pixel imagery which is why they exist.
1. BUYBACK PROGRAM
Holders of the E8BS are able to participate in a BUYBACK Program. For 25 E8BS NFTS, you can trade it back to QUTEWORKS by notifying a Moderator.
If EXPAT MUNKI (EXPM) is still available, QUTEWORKS will exchange 25 8bits for 1 EXPM.
QUTEWORKS will never sell the E8BS back on the secondary market, but will retain the nfts and will only give them out to members that are participating in events that we throw throughout the year.
If QUTEWORKS acquires a significant number of the E8BS we will re-issue another recruitment program to only E8BS 8BIT HOLDERS from a certain time by making a Snapshot of all the wallets.
Only previous holders will be able to participate in the 1 for 1 E8BS 8Bit Giveaway we had in the past.
2. 300 SELECT / Path to our next project and placement for the next project we are creating.
This is a program that is in development. If a match has been made with the NFTS. You are automatically going to receive that particular NFT in our next collection that has yet to be named.
You have to have both the E8BS and the EXPM NFT Match to be part of this program.
The next collection will not be on Polygon Matic Chain but will be on the ETH network.
There will be giveaways and things that are associated with the E8BS collection but as for utilities, this is the main crux of the 8BITS. As stated before, they are a compendium piece for the EXPAT MUNKIS EXPM.
EXPAT MUNKI EXPM Utilities
EXPM NFTS can currently at the time of this explanation can still be minted on https://Quteworks.io
EXPM are currently at .04 eth and have a multitude of Utilities. Here we will list the use cases of this NFT and explain why these are more than the average token on the market.
1. COMMERCIAL DERIVATIVE RIGHTS
They grant authors the right to impede or otherwise control their integrity and the author’s commercial interests. Derivative works and their authors benefit in turn from the full protection of copyright without prejudicing the rights of the original work’s author.
ONLY the EXPATS MUNKIS EXPM have this feature. The 8BITS DO NOT have DERIVATIVE rights.
This concept was introduced by CryptoPunks and the role of derivatives.
If you own the NFT you are able to use the imagery for commercial purposes. It is only limited to the Munki that is displayed on the NFT. You can not use another Munki for other purposes. There will be design packs that will be open to holders on the website https://Quteworks.io.
If the holder sells the NFT, that holder has relinquished all ownership of the image, and if any merchandise is made, it either needs to be destroyed or transferred to the new owner of the NFT.
Holders can not use the official logos of the EXPAT MUNKIS however. All logos are trademarked and copywritten under QUTEWORKS.
QUTEWORKS is allowed to use images from the EXPM collection only for marketing purposes. If QUTEWORKS wants to work on a product based off the EXPM NFT, and the holder agrees, QUTEWORKS is an equal partner in joint manufacturing merchandise based on the EXPM NFT.
Ownership of the EXPAT MUNKI EXPM #86 will grant you right to make your own merchandise.
All designs are from Award winning Artist Dosa Kim. Designs have been featured with Nike, Coke, 1800 Tequilla, ETC. SXSW winner in 2017 and part of the Museum of the Future, Dubai Conceptual team.
If individuals are found creating merchandise without proper proof of owning the NFT, will be open to IP Laws and will possibly be enforced on the circumstances.
2. Purchasing Special Items only open to Holders
Dosa Kim has roots in the streetwear game. Designing the gear is something that the artist and founder of the project take very seriously.

3. Whitelisting for TBA new project.
Having an EXPAT MUNKI will allow you to be on the whitelist for the next project that we are offering. Currently, there is no name on the project yet but it will be in 3D and will be built on the ETH blockchain.
Owning an EXPAT will grant you a spot on the Whitelist. There will also be tiers of the whitelist for the next project by the longevity of how long the holder has held onto the nft and the number of nft he/she has.
